Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a deeply personalized and immersive therapeutic process designed to support meaningful, long-term change. This work combines the powerful effects of ketamine with integrative psychotherapy—and, in this approach, somatic therapy plays a central role.

By including somatic therapy, clients often find a deeper connection to self and greater capacity for lasting transformation. This approach supports nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and embodied integration.

This is an intensive process that requires commitment, consistency, and readiness. A typical course of treatment spans 3 - 9 weeks, with multiple sessions tailored to your unique history, goals, and inner terrain. Those who engage fully in the process tend to experience more sustainable outcomes and long-term benefits.

Psychedelic sessions will be incorporated as a supplementary tool rather than the primary focus of our work together. These sessions are intended to support the therapeutic process by helping to build trust in the therapeutic relationship, fostering a sense of safety, deepening the client's connection to their body, and enhancing openness to the work. Additionally, they can aid in promoting neuroplasticity and supporting the brain’s rewiring process. While valuable, these sessions are not the core of our work—they serve to complement and enhance the somatic therapy process.

KAP May Be Especially Helpful For:

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • Severe or persistent depression

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Chronic disconnection or disembodiment

  • Attachment wounds and relational challenges

This approach emphasizes not just symptom relief, but reconnection with a deeper, embodied sense of self—supporting healing at the physiological, emotional, and psychological levels.
